Don't take one seriously. Feeling worse after visiting them than before.

Really low level of treatment and it doesn't seem like the healthcare staff have updated their knowledge of mental health since the 80s. Totally unavailable if you ask for help yourself. Doctors change all the time and it is not possible to renew prescriptions without seeing the prescribing doctor. Denied psychological help even though it is documented that it is the only thing that helps. Those who get in touch digitally (anonymously of course) are really unpleasant. Also asks questions in dispatches that cannot be answered! This place makes you sick, stay away!

All the doctors and nurses I have met there have listened to me and taken what I say seriously. I have received good help and genuine empathy there every time. Of course, the waiting time is a bit long because all health care is very busy right now, but the staff there have been professional and good at their job in my experience. They really use the time you are there.

What Michelle writes is exactly how we felt with our daughter, even with the receptionist. It is an incompetent, cold, disinterested place where my daughter is worse off than before we had contact with them. Parents find any other solution than this, they are on the verge of increasing the risk of suicide for people who are already sick.

They don't care about and don't listen to their patients' feelings at all unless you are in ongoing therapy (which a psychologist has explicitly told me). Even if you say you need therapy, i.e. are looking for help, they don't care. The only good person in that place is the receptionist. DO NOT seek help here if you can avoid it!

What waiting times they have.. The doctors take vacation then you have to wait several weeks without your medicine for that! Absolutely absurd that they are even allowed to continue working.

Absolutely the worst reception there is. They don't care about patients and they do nothing to help. They don't understand that we taxpayers pay for their salary.
