I was hoping to use Via Biler as my local repair shop, but after two jobs performed poorly, I will have to reconsider. Both times I ended up having to go in many more times that necessary to get the car fixed properly. Detailed description of the 2nd, most recent job: Car was damaged in both front and back doors, I made sure to communicate all of the spots and offered pictures with circled areas. However, they first forgot to fix the bump on the back door. At least they discovered this before I had to came in to pick up the car. They extended the rental car my insurance covers during repairs for another week. When I went to pick it up, I realised they had missconnected some cables and the mirrors were not working properly. They had also forgotten to paint the passenger door handle, I had to come another day. Then, they painted the handle of a more cherry red (see pictures), after which they tried to convince me that it was not possible to paint it the right colour because it was a different material. They finally did so, but then there was a black spot on the handle, so it took yet another time until the painter did their job properly. A lot of hassle, and no compensation for the time I had to take off work, nor fuel costs to drive back and forth.

Unprofessional, entitled, and arrogant staff, give lowball offers. Just go to Randers, Kolding, or worst case Århus if you want to buy or sell a Toyota.

ATTENTION!!! I am quite sure that many of Via cars' reviews are unreliable as it simply cannot be that they can have such good ratings. I bought a Toyota Aygo from Via Biler. I have been unhappy that I could not negotiate anything. Was hoping for some all-year tires or winter tires, but the staff thought it was perfectly safe to drive in summer tires. I buy the car anyway and pay DKK 74,999. I come home and see the next day that there is a car on the right side under the car door and the bulb on the rear light has gone. I will write a few emails before I get a reply from Thomas. I then get an email from Simon as Thomas doesn't really want to spend time on this. Simon writes that I am being contacted by the workshop to fix the rear light and the scratch/dent on the car. All this was the start of December 2023! I have changed to all-season tires and the workshop I went to tells me that the brake pads are not doing very well. I am very happy with the car, but the service from the employees at Via Biler Amager is quite poor. As well as selling a car with faults and defects when the ad says otherwise.

Super and fast transaction! Ask for the best price. We got that in 10 minutes. Thanks to Casper for a lovely toyota rav4! Nice to have a seller who is not in a hurry to make money from customers. But focus on selling the car the customer has taken a liking to.

I should have written this review a long, long time ago, but ViaBiler Amager is unfortunately not a very serious dealer. We bought a used Tiguan that was advertised as having bluetooth, it didn't, "But we should probably get that fixed". When it's stated I expect (I imagine everyone does) an OEM installation, not a little plastic thing in the cigarette socket, but that's all I was offered, a paltry parrot for DKK 500. A really poor experience, and a super poor way of treating your customers.
