Extremely good service at a very reasonable price. Fixed a problem in a deep outdoor well that other plumbers had either given up fixing or estimated would cost six times as much to fix. Was pleasant and reassuring and kept all appointments. Will definitely use Tranebæk VVS again.

A craftsman you can trust. Coming on time👍 Good service.😀😃 Unfortunately, I have to update to a worse review. As there has since been a case about water damage after the plumbing has been and installed a washing machine. It seems that they will go to great lengths so that Tranebæk vvs's insurance does not cover the damage. (deductible 🤔) Although we have recorded where the leak is on video. So thanks to Tranebæk for dragging out the injury process for 7 months.

Left my shower cubicle with water running out of open pipes at the back and no water running in through the shower. Put the faucet on incorrectly after checking the mixer tap. Moved out and said that he could not fix the mistake he had made himself and that I should call another plumber. The next day a new plumber came, who said that the pipes at the back of the shower cubicle were twisted to pieces, the threads that were supposed to close the pipes were stuck in the pipe. He managed to remove it. But they are specially manufactured and I have ordered new pipes, which No. 2 craftsman would like to come and install. The shower cabin is still in stock and worked perfectly until Tranebæk destroyed it, apart from the gasket. I have never experienced that a craftsman destroyed my furniture and simply ran away from his responsibility.

It was New Year's Eve when my neighbor called. He just needed an extra hand to install a loft ladder. We had a hard time starting the drill before the water came out of the wall like a fountain. It turned out that there was a water pipe right under the wallpaper. I contacted Tranebæk VVS on the recommendation of a friend. They guided us to a temporary solution over the phone, and helped the following days with the required repair. Polite and caring guys that I give my best recommendations.

Super good experience. We had to replace a heat pump and they were quick and efficient and at an extremely reasonable price. Not the last time we use Tranebæk VVS
