I had ordered a stretcher bouquet that never arrived. I called from Herlev church and they said it was on its way? But it didn't come. When I went down to get the money back, I got arrogant treatment and they couldn't give the money back. I have given them my account number, and hope they will at least return the money. (One can only post a review when there is at least one star, but they deserve NONE)

Called Torvets blommer in Herlev and got an extremely friendly contact with a gesture without equal, which resulted in a gift greeting, which the recipient was surprised with, shortly after the order. Can only say a big, big Thank you!
