FRAUD!!! Poor and unreliable service. Unprofessional approach. They have sent 3 times an interpreter not speaking the language they should translate to. They steal from people and institutions & perform fraud in important situations as an appointment to a hospital. Avoid them!

Incredibly bad service. Impossible to book if you are not a public body. After a long trial, I finally got a written offer. I accepted that within 10 minutes. I therefore thought it was all in place..... But no. On the day itself, I called in as I had not received a confirmation. I received confirmation shortly thereafter... But no. 2.5 hours before our event Tolkdanmark canceled and we were left with a worthless event! I can only recommend that you find another company

The company lives by carrying out an important task, and as an orderer we are deeply dependent on their efforts. As an orderer, you are at a severe disadvantage, as you do not receive any kind of conditions for service. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations and delayed interpreters are more the rule than the exception. When you call in an interpreter, there are usually 4-5 other people who are called in and depend on their service. When the interpreter cancels at the last minute, it is just deeply critical, and video/telephone interpretation just doesn't work for all meetings. I am very dissatisfied

💚🌷🌿It's the best workplace...international like my previous job as Ground Hostess at Kastrup airport. Quite friendly and nice environment. I miss it if I'm not at work one day.🌷🌿
