Some years after the appointment i can clearly say that I was dismissed with a wrong diagnosis by a completely careless and incompetent doctor. Dr Nielsen didn’t want to listen to my heart issue history, did some basic and inadequate tests to tick off boxes on his check list and sent me back to the GP. Wasn’t especially pleasant to talk to either.

Today I visited Michael Dilou Jacobsen for my first visit. He was extremely likable, sweet, approachable and capable. Was thoroughly examined and had things explained so that you could understand them and felt that there was plenty of time for me. Left with a feeling of being taken seriously and heard, so I can only warmly recommend Hjertelægen Holte!

Can highly recommend the cardiologist in Holte, they are incredibly nice and in my opinion very competent. Thank you for a calm and good treatment, this applies to the entire staff. Thank you for taking the time to tell and explain so that even ordinary people can understand what it is about. Thank you with all my heart.

Michael Dilou is an incredibly friendly and skilled doctor, efficient and attentive. Very accommodating secretary/nurse and virtually no waiting time for telephone contact. 🌞👍

New doctor who requires an interpreter even though he has not seen his patients. They say it is a political decision. It's a lie, they're going against the law, compared to us. I, as a daughter, am not allowed to come along as a bystander and supporter. We have lived in the country for 36 years and we can easily understand Danish. We don't want an interpreter, but apparently we MUST!! I've never experienced anything like it, it's bullshit. It must be said that we have been there many times before, but when the doctor died last year, a strange cardiologist has come who judges in advance.

Called and was number 2 for 15 minutes, then number 1 for another 15 minutes. So the 30 minute wait, after which a voice came and said "we are busy at the clinic, call later" Maybe an idea to say it at the very first.! Maybe one out to say it in less than 2-3 minutes

I have been to a number of cardiologists due to a long-term investigation. Henrik the former owner of the clinic was one of them - a sympathetic, nice and listening doctor the others have not been worth a single star - neither professionally nor their behavior only now that I have been with Michael I feel like I have met a cardiologist where the feet have not lost contact with the surface - no hint of arrogance, he listens, controls things, acts quickly, inspires confidence, promptly follows up on answers from the hospital on to the patient, welcomes nicely with a smile and a good handshake (hand sanitizer is in place on the counter) I believe that I have a reasonably good basis for assessment and I do not doubt for a moment that he is also professionally worthy of the stars... (I myself have a background in the hospital world). I can absolutely recommend Michael and his very experienced and competent nurse Stig.
