Lidia just forgot about the appointment we had. And told her secretary to tell me she got sick (in a foreign language, so I couldn’t understand). Super Unprofessional lying to customers and not holding up to expectations. Having lied and then not offering alternative date/time for me come next. And not responding to any texts or calls. That’s a big “NO, thank you” from me.

Have been using this salon's services for a couple of times, mostly for manicure and shellac. Fantastic service, extremely good quality, central, and great customer service. Only best recommendations.
