Have had 2 lawnmowers done by them, and was down to get a diagnosis on one more which was noisy in the engine, but rep. could not pay due to the age of the machine. I have always received good treatment and the prices are not fair. So I'm going down in the spring and buy a new Stiga that they sell.

Rushed and stressed operation, which results in a bragging, assertive behavior, which is unrealistically expected to command respect. Forgetting what has been talked about and agreed upon. Was informed that customers are annoying, especially if they contact to inquire about repair time. So busy that repairs are not completed and complaints are not accepted. Just pay, preferably items that have not been executed at all, keep quiet and withdraw. Definitely not recommended unless you want to be treated really badly.
