I want to give a big praise and a gold star to our guard Mattias here in Strömsnäsbruk. He always has time for us residents if needed. He is a very helpful, likeable, friendly and empathetic person. He is worth gold. Many thanks Mattias for your good treatment, even against the disturbance of older "aunties". I feel a lot better and my health has improved a little since Mattias helped me find the right LGH so I came from Traryd where I lived for 9 years. Here in Strömsnäsbruk it is calm and everyone is friendly.

The worst rental company ever, they do nothing for their properties and if you send in a fault report, you only get the answer that you have to solve everything yourself, they are good at hiring property managers who don't know Swedish and when you move out, they complain about the apartment is not moved-in clean even though it is cleaner than when you move in, I do NOT recommend this company, it would have been better if it shut down.

I lived there for 14 years and they didn't come to do anything. When I moved out they told me to paint and freshen up the apartment and if I hadn't done that they would have sent an invoice for 10,000 sek. I do not recommend!

National krone My partner and I have lived here for about 6 months. It started with the floor being extremely worn (ruined). fridge & freezer are from the 90s, there is no lighting or vegetable boxes. This was not a problem because they would fix the problems. We are still sitting here today with the same problem and that we would have to pay for our own lighting in the fridge and freezer. (There was no lighting when we moved in) I applied for parking in the garage, this was quick and easy. On the other hand, I did not receive any information about having a parking permit in the car. Nothing was in the contract! 3 weeks later I get 2 traffic tickets and pay the fine. (Even though I have paid for space!) They take no responsibility! They don't care about us people who live in the houses! Naughty & careless. Dissatisfied!
