Luckily I have never been to this health center but I wonder what the doctors there learned in medical school? My neighbor and friend is a patient here and has been to his doctor several times with constipation. All he got were tablets that didn't help and now he's in hospital with a large part of his intestine removed due to cancer. It was total blockage in the intestine! His doctor is worth a report to IVO!

Worst healthcare center in Helsingborg. Tried to cancel an appointment for almost a whole week but no one ever answered the times I called (around 3-5pm). Received a completely unfair invoice and when I call and try to get it resolved the receptionist has an attitude like it's my own fault that I haven't been able to cancel for a whole week. Being asked to come down there and show that I have called which I then do a few weeks later as I am always working and managed to take time off to do this. I come down to the reception and it turns out that no one is there as they have gone to lunch, as I am short on time and have meetings booked for my self-employment I write a note and ask them to call me when they can so we can sort it out the unfair invoicing (money is not a problem, right should just be right). Have them talk to the same receptionist who still has the attitude that it's my own fault and completely lacks responsibility for their care center. Then she wants me to go through more complicated steps than before such as contacting my phone provider and printing out pictures that I have called during the times I did when I can just show my call history directly on the mobile instead which would have been much smoother . It became such a complicated situation because of their mistake that I ended up extremely reluctantly paying the bill against all my values ​​and principles I have as it had cost me more time than I have and more money than the bill was to keep trying to resolve the situation. Will change health center in the future and advise you to refrain from going to the health center without frames.

I have called S.K to renew the medicine prescription for my mother. My mother has a bad memory and I told that to S.K ..... you know what answer I got (IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM). The nurse was rude during the conversation. The nurse complained a lot about not being able to renew your prescription on the same day, and I told her that my mother hasn't taken her diabetes medicine for two days, she is unwell. Do you know what answer I didn't get IT'S NOT MY PROBLEM.. and after that, I drove straight to the health center to report the Nurse to the manager, I met a nurse and told her what happened to me, the nurse said she would help me and she goes to the manager and explains everything. After about 8 minutes she came to me and said that the manager is busy. Knowing that the boss has walked by my side. Horrible horrible horrible health center with horrible care staff. Themselves o change healthcare center WHERE CAN I GO TO REGISTER EVERYONE? Please help me.

Decent availability. Competent nurses and assistant nurses. Friendly. Several doctors under all criticism when it comes to patient treatment. I tend to think that a workplace is never better or worse than its boss. I don't know if it's true, but during the 7 years I've used the health center, there has been a noticeable deterioration.
