I needed to change the tire on my electric wheel (kingsong s18) since I work with it and I was desperate to find someone who could help me. Luckily the guys helped me instantly and accepted the challenge. Although they are only dedicated to automobiles, they managed to solve my problem as quickly as possible. Thank you so much!!

Terrible. The guy tried to get me to pay 100dkk for two little Netto style microfiber cloths - which was clearly a rip-off. And when I said I wasn't interested, he wasn't willing to listen to my second question about actually buying equipment for my car and apparently was too busy when it was literally just me in the store. Definitely not going back to these guys and honestly it's just a really bad customer experience. Update and in response to the owner: I'm so sorry I walked in to your store and asked the one person sitting at the desk at 10am to help me as a customer. I mean, how unreasonable of me. The cloths you 'gave' me are not worth a 100DKK. Check in with your competitors on their prices(e.g. I got 10 cloths for half the price of your amazing 2 cloths) and the fact that they probably get your business.

Price a significant higher than even at BMW official dealer. Don’t tell a price “hour of works”, only when it done. It was 50% more expensive when other repair shops.

Dont leave your car here. Got mine back with 50+ km on the meter and nothing was done to fix initial problem. Got a ridiculous offer to get it fixed

I visited them for a wheel change and the experience was good. Everything was as it should be and the price was reasonable. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, even though I booked only a day before! That's why I give them 5 ⭐️👍🏻
