Zero stars would be appropriate. Terrible customer service from management. It states on the website that your membership fee will be refunded if you decide not to ride at the school: this is clearly not the case. My messages asking for a refund, after one visit, have all gone unanswered. This kind of dubious practice should be illegal. Where I come from there is a word for that: a scam. Take the customer’s money and then ignore their messages in the hopes that they’ll give up.

The club's staff are very friendly and professional. The instructors have many years of riding experience and know how to teach even beginners. They start from each individual student and help them develop at their own pace.

Many of the horses cannot walk forward/walk alone, which means that 2-3 stand in the middle fighting with the horse throughout the lesson. however, there are a lot of nice people
