Not so fun when the near box is unstable. I can connect my Postnord App to the box - but when I press unlock....errors appear and I have to contact customer service. I have now done that two days in a row without anything happening. Close box has not been serviced and my package has not been delivered or moved. Do not use Nærboks for important packages....I have had to reorder my item as I need it NOW.
