I would have loved to give a good 5 star but unfortunately I didn’t experience a service worth that. The 2 stars are for the price and the hair cut being good while the shave was OK. He completely forgot to trim the extra hair that cannot be cut by a trimmer. Which is always done but he didn’t think it necessary and I had to trim them after getting back home. The reason he losses 3 stars: Sadly he lacked customer service, he was polite initially but later became rude on asking questions. He seems to think that he is the best hairstylist on this planet and I found his attitude arrogant and rude. He used more than necessary pressure while trimming my hair and even though I indicated it was too much he still continued and cut me. I would have ignored this cause it happens sometimes but when I asked him to apply rubbing alcohol he sarcastically said it’s such a small cut. This is absolutely unprofessional behavior and completely disrespect to the customer. Being careful and sanitary is especially important right now due to COVID but his disregard of my safety is appalling. Even after the haircut, while making the payment and while leaving he kept bragging about how good he is and how everyone loves his haircuts. I hope he can be more kind and patient with his customers in the future cause I was hoping I could get my haircuts here due to the convenience but now I will have to cut my hair elsewhere. I would not recommend this place even though the price is lesser than the other places.
