I am 45 year old woman with issues with back issues. In the last 2 years I have had 3 incidents where I had terrible pain to the point I could barely walk. After 15 years in Denmark trying to find a gifted and passionate osteopath who really knows what he is doing...I finally found one who helps and fixes me every time! First time I was in crisis, stuck and in pain, Anders returned my call asap and he managed to find time to help me out. He observes carefully , listens well, and takes his time to root out the cause of the problem, but most importantly I actually can walk straight and pain free out of his office! He is my life saver...I warmly and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Extremely effective and professional treatment! I have been treated by Anders Laun at OsteoCare on several occasions, mainly in connection with sports-related accidents. He is top professional, likeable and really passionate about achieving good results. He takes his time and you definitely do NOT feel like you are just "a number in the queue"! Eventually it spread to my hip where I had a lesion and was limping for several weeks. Sedentary homework certainly did not improve the situation. Based on the MRI scan, the doctors believed that an operation was the only way out. Fortunately, Anders disagreed with the doctors and already after the first few visits to OsteoCare, I could feel a clear difference. Anders laid out a holistic plan with several areas of action which, for example, included ongoing corrections and targeted treatment at the clinic complemented by tailored training and stretching exercises, acupuncture, pressure points, massage, shoe inserts plus more. In short, we went all-in to avoid an operation. It has now been well over a year since my injury and I can honestly admit that I am in the shape of my life (and I am turning 40 soon). There is absolutely no trace left of the injury and I can run, train as well as skate and ski without worrying! I can at any time warmly recommend OsteoCare and in particular treatment by the owner, Anders Laun.

The best, top-qualified treatment I have stuck with Anders since he was still studying to become an osteopath and worked as a physiotherapist at a clinic in Birkerød. It was actually my then physio who referred me to him as she thought he would be able to do a lot for me. And she was quite right about that. I have previously had osteopathic treatments for my generally bad back and a herniated disc in my neck, and Anders is a fantastically skilled, committed, knowledgeable, interested and incredibly sweet therapist who keeps the worst symptoms away from me . And I hope he stays for all my years of life!!

Was referred to Osteocare as I have had problems with tension and pain in the shoulder which I have had difficulty getting rid of. The treatment worked after 2 sessions, but the coolest thing was actually getting a holistic view that gave me some good input on how to avoid tension and pain in the shoulder again. In addition, real cozy surroundings👌

Fantastic experience from the first time I met Anders. Anders is very competent, professional and empathetic, he was able to quickly familiarize himself with the challenges I had with my body.
