Applies to getting many through, not very personal experience. Forgot what we had talked about last time and referred to things I hadn't said. Had an appointment canceled 2 hours before the appointment

had to go to treatment, they were late and I had to be rushed through a physiotherapist who was in a bit of a hurry, who had to go on to some team training - I didn't feel there was time at all and I didn't feel that she was super competent either. Hasty and indifferent visit to Simon phys, missed time and peace. I left with the impression that it's about getting as many clients as possible, rather than quality. I had to do it for half an hour - even though phys was late
