Has been a regular customer of Øbro Cykler for many years and has always received good and professional service. However, experienced extra good service here recently when my rear wheel on my MTB broke. Had arranged a bike ride with some friends the next day and therefore urgently needed a new wheel. Øbro bikes unfortunately didn't have a wheel in stock that fit, but then they suggested building a new one based on my existing hub, rim, brake disc etc. As said, done, and two hours later I had a new rear wheel and my bike ride was saved. I am well aware that it is not always possible to carry out all repairs urgently, but in this case it was successful. Thanks for the great service

Had service done on my electric bike and rep. of brakes etc. - has never driven better & both when handing it over to the mechanic there was Go info - as well as collection later from the "boss" there was a nice atmosphere - Go dialogue about the next electric bike etc. Can definitely recommend Øbro Cykler - Hillerød... I'll be back - hasta la vista... 💪💨

As a faithful and loyal customer for 15 years, it pains me to see how the level of service deteriorates year after year. It is specifically the workshop that does not want dialogue with the customers. Do not ask critical questions when replacing spare parts. You just have to mindlessly, and without the possibility of dialogue, pay whatever is dictated, otherwise you will be told to disappear and get it done somewhere else. If you don't agree, you're just a troublesome customer. The one star goes to the manager, who is very service minded. He is also the one I have dealt with when buying 5 bikes over the years. He is spacious, welcoming and always gives good advice and guidance. Sad development in the workshop since then... so unfortunately it must be a sad farewell from here on.
