I think the service has been friendly and skilled. I was able to call if I had questions about the sale of my apartment. If I had known how complicated it is to sell your apartment, I would have brought a lawyer with me about the sale.

We first had the apartment for sale with another broker for 6 months without a sale. then we changed to a new home and 3 months later it was sold and even for 15,000 more than the previous broker. New home given information orally and via email with good service and a professional presence. Can definitely be recommended for a quick sale and otherwise run them with sales or for free, so you don't have to pay any expenses. We had another broker before, where we ended up with an invoice of DKK 11,000 for pictures and documents. You don't have to do that with new homes and when selling, I thought they have fairly low prices
