Advertised a trip, August 14 they answered me "You will get an answer within 9 years", it has now been 5 months... Reported to the consumer agency as Mixx Travel does not answer at all. If there are several reports against Mixx Travel, avoid booking through them. As previous comment someone wrote, their 4-5 star hotel is equivalent to 2-3 star hotel.... But they charge as if it were 4-5 star. 3 people cost me 32,000 all inclusive, the food was bad and disgusting, dirty hotel, I also got sick to my stomach. In addition to pocket money, I had to pay for food outside the hotel... The trip cost a total of 50,000 due to unforeseen expenses, could just as easily have booked a trip for 40,000 via another company and then had to pay for the money. WARNING FOR MIXX TRAVEL!

Do not book through this rogue company, whatever you do, if you are unhappy with something, you will get literally zero help. We booked a trip in a five star hotel, paid loads of money but it was all wasted. The hotel was under all criticism. When you then contact them for help, you get no help. Contacted them and made a complaint when I was in Sweden. No help! Do not book via mix travel!

Absolutely terrible customer service.. I mean really. The hotel was so disgusting and the service from both hotel and mixx was completely lacking. We checked out from all inclusive less than 10 hours after arrival. We have found another hotel ourselves. Will never book here again. We also collect a complaint.. there are quite a few families who were very dissatisfied.. No Wonder.. beds and rooms and towels were dirty on arrival.. that started it all and then it just went downhill from there. I'll probably update this with the rest when the rest of the family gets home from the trip Don't trust any info on their site. And don't bother checking out the hotels elsewhere.. because you get worse service when you come from mixx.. than from other places, so what you can read elsewhere you can't count on and what you can read at mixx yourself you can don't count on it either. PS they also do not stand for the stars they give the hotels at all Well, I'm such a mad person.. no.. I'm not. For the last 20 years I have cruised the world both privately and for work.. stayed in bad and good motels but also the world's best hotels. I have traveled with most agencies and companies and never have I experienced such poor inexperienced and arrogant service as here. Don't use them..if you want to be able to count on just a little bit of getting what you think you're buying. First and last time with mixx
