Helpful and pleasant staff. Customizable Furniture and plenty of styling options. We bought Kiwi barstool, and the staff was very helpful to us with the delivery and color options as well as answering our customization and heigh questions.

Order not delivered, products damaged and bad customer service. They took three weeks to prepare my order and because of this one boll I ordered is missing so now I have 10 big plates and small plates of the same design and I will have to find the bolls in another design I guess. The customer service is really bad I will never buy from them again as also the quality of the product is not good (plates present some irregularity).

Furniture and home decor store with a good variety of items in different styles. A bit more expensive than other similar stores on some items. Some items are downright copys of Ikea's version but with double or even tripple the price. Staff was on some occations very friendly and helpful, and on other confused and borderline rude.

Mio has some interesting things for sell, different from other stores around. I have went there maybe 6 times in the last 2 years. However, every time I go to Mio the feeling inside is, remodel time, so many things are out of place. Bed sheets stuffed in the corn for about a year now. Kids department, you can even walk thru and look. I was buying some mixing bowls and the last 2 times I have been there you cant see the price because there is so much stuffed stacked in front of it. Before I though they were actually renewing and moving things around. But now I see it is just chaos.

Although they have a nice range of furniture, they have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in to buy a picture frame that, according to their website, they had 9 of in stock. Once at the store however, it turns out the had none. After placing an order and getting told that they finally had it (a week later), I went to the store to pick it up. It’s not until I’ve waited for 30 min for someone to help me that they tell me they ordered the wrong color. Three weeks later and I still have no frame. I’ve called the store three times and only once have they bothered to pick up the phone. I’ve sent a mail to their customer service mail without response, even after I called them up and asked!
