Completely idiotic interface and inside-out thinking in the design. The best was the question from Customer Service "have you read the terms and conditions?"... certainly in bright sunshine on a small screen with crappy contrast, absolutely. Not being able to choose the rental time is also really customer friendly... sorry, I have to cancel the meeting, I have to go and put my bike in a rack that I hope is nearby so I can have it for another hour... taste that sentence . Never again.

Easy to rent dock, you can only rent a bike 1 hour at a time, which is not clear. Useless when doing the town.

Worst service. Tried to rent bike twice without getting the bikes out. However, money was withdrawn that never returned to my account. E-mailed and called a number of times without anything happening.
