Visited this new workshop here in Ishøj to have a minor repair done on my old car. Somewhat humble surroundings, no big and flashy entrance, not a whole row of typists and foremen sitting in fine leather chairs and with shiny desks; nahhhh, I was met by a mechanic who first asked if I wanted a soda or a cup of coffee before he showed me around the small workshop. In addition, a very exciting tour as they deal with both the reconstruction of old American cars, racing cars, dragsters and so on. A little later the master himself came, pleasant, present, competent and most importantly, he listened and gave detailed answers. It quickly became clear that HERE was where the dear old ladle had to be fixed. The price was provided, the repair detailed and the time of completion mentioned. Do I need to mention that the car was repaired to my complete satisfaction, that the price was as agreed, delivery was on time, that the master informed me that there was something about a leak on a drive shaft that we should probably look at later. ?? Is it any wonder that this will be MY workshop in the future..????
