Bought a large kimchi on 9/23. Best before 3/11. Saw today that the package swelled up which is not a good sign when it comes to food packaging. Opened it and the kimchi was bad. Since the store doesn't automatically print a receipt, I don't have a receipt (but can see in the app when I last shopped in the store). Took the product to the store and was told they can't do anything because I bought it three weeks ago. It shouldn't matter when the expiry date is just over two weeks ahead! Got the reason that my fridge might not be cold enough (which is absolutely not true). Sad reception and bad service! I shop in the store relatively often, but I'm not really keen on coming back.
