Rents owner-occupied apartments to Eastern European craftsmen. Many of them live together in small two-room apartments and throw their cigarette butts in the common areas - completely unacceptable. Lars Martin Jensen does not come and clean up after them, he just skims the cream and leaves the trouble to the other members of the condominium association. It is very cynical.
