It ended well 😃 I had ordered a do-it-yourself basket, but a basket that the florist had made arrived and when I talk to 'Lene' I understand that it hurts and that it is the only option, i.e. a surprise box. But I apologize for my distress to her, as it was a little far from what was desired. I get a nice service, very nice ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + there is always, sir Lene, a little extra in such a surprise bag. Thanks

Way too fast dispatch without eye contact or smile. Ugly and sloppy packaging which also leaked and therefore the packaging was destroyed.

Service and contact were not very good. Had ordered flowers for a funeral - both bouquets, altar flower and heart with roses for grave. The bouquets were ordered in such a way that there should be color in them, but due to miscommunication the bouquets turned out to be completely white. We therefore only left half an hour after the scheduled pick-up time with the bouquets added with a little orange flowers. The rose heart was stained and the leaves fell off already from collection and was not very neatly and precisely made. All in all, a slightly regrettable experience with a few nice things, but the most regrettable feeling of not being heard and advised that the little roses could not last.
