Ordered a kitchen in August, should have been ready by Advent 2022. At that time it had not started, but after pressure they got started. Then there was a gap, moldings, shelves, etc. missing. There is never any feedback, I have to call and nag, then it is decided that they will come ex Tuesday at 0900, but rarely show up before 11.30. The last time he was going to fix a made-to-measure threshold, when it arrives it is 9 mm too short, then I am told that I will fix a new one next week. This was on March 15th. The kitchen is quite good but still needs a threshold, a ceiling molding and shelves in a cupboard. He has been paid for the kitchen, then there seems to be no rush to finish. Niklas looked at my kitchen and showed me how to renew my kitchen. Very professional and customer-friendly treatment with a high level of knowledge. Very high quality of the new kitchen, which included installation by professional carpenters, who were very thorough and did not give up until they were completely satisfied.
