Our ride with Alessandra at Krathusgaarden was an outstanding experience, and one of the high points of our trip to Copenhagen. Alessandra was extremely nice and knowledgeable, her horses were in great shape and were fun and safe to ride. We enjoyed a lengthy ride through the Deer Park, viewed the castle, saw a herd of caribou, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It was relaxing and fun. I cannot recommend Krathusgaarden enough. A great place with a great owner.

I went on a ride with a guide together with my twelve year old niece. The guide was super sweet, laid back and told us a lot about the horses and the park. The horses (Gandalf and Arthur) were also extremely sweet, well behaved and very happy to go out. You can really feel that they get a lot of holidays and are only ridden max. once a day, so they're not autopilot tourist horses, but motivated little personalities that you can have a lot of fun with. It was my niece's first time riding an Icelandic horse and riding outside and she felt very comfortable and safe trying tölt and galloping in the beautiful park.

The owner met us with a big smile, and our instructor led us through the most fantastic scenery, with calmness and great enthusiasm. The horses were so kind, well trained and used to different riders. Our instructor gave us an adventure for life. Felt like being in a movie. Thanks to Alessandra and Melina for a super day. If possible I would rate this 11 out of 10:-)

This is the best riding experience I have ever had in Copenhagen. They are so professional. They challenged me but also made me feel safe to try new stuff. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, this is the place to go!

Our family visited Denmark for a week of holiday and we were incredibly fortunate to find Krathusgaarden af 1920. We have two children, ages 10 and 8, who are still talking about their magical ride on beautiful Icelandic horses in the forest. We also had the great luck of having Melina as our guide, who was brilliant, caring and patient. If you happen to be looking for a special outing with your family (or friends), we strongly recommend Krathusgaarden af 1920!

Every time I come to ride here, it’s a wonderful experience ! The horses are very well trained, they aren’t scared of cars, bikes, dogs, deer nor water. It is a real pleasure ride them !

Fantastically nice place, with good, well-behaved horses and one of Denmark's absolute most beautiful places to ride in the backyard (Dyrehaven). There is plenty of time, and horses for both beginners and experienced riders - I would recommend a trip at any time
