A great experience throughout! Nice facilities (lounge + working stations), easy drop-off and pick-up of car. After fixing/checking your car, they send you a link to a video where the mechanic walks you through the whole thing. They wash and clean your car and park it right outside ready for you to go. Will come again 😀

The only consistency in this workshop is - unfortunately - that there is always something wrong. From small things like "forgetting" to reset the service indicator after service or losing a wheel lock after changing the brakes, to bigger mechanical defects making us strand in Germany due to a mistake in the last service. Friendly communication over mail and phone, but the workshop skills and service on site are absolutely below all levels you would expect (and that i am used to) from BMW. And even after all the issues i had, it has not improved even a single time.

The team at Jan Nygaard did an amazing job with my BMW! I couldn't speak more highly of them. I shipped my car from the US to DK and several weeks after it arrived in DK it was vandalized. I have been incredibly impressed with the professional service I have received from the team there from start to finish. From Glen who took care of fixing the car to Søren who helped me get everything prepared for my shipping company to re-export the car. They are extremely professional and I have already recommended them to friends. I know that if I need anything further done or if I am looking to purchase another BMW in DK they will be absolutely be the first people I will call! A particularly thank you to Søren for his incredible customer service! :-)
