Kasper from Intersport Asnæs, had my daughter as a customer today. He asked her if there was anything he could help with. And she would like to see a shoe in size 41. The shoe was available in more than 1 colour. And he then asks if she would buy the shoe. To which she replies that she doesn't know (since it was available in more than 1 colour) He then says in a sour expression that he doesn't want to spend his time on that. My daughter then goes to heal herself on top of what she experiences as the worst customer service she has ever received. But I have taught her to stand up for herself. And she goes back and tells him that she thinks this is really bad customer service. and then says What if I would have bought them on your website and wanted to try the shoe first?? And he then asks her if she wants to know why. Of course she wants that. And he says "If you buy them on the website, the money doesn't go to our store." My daughter comes home, she is quite upset about this condescending treatment. We have bought shoes in the store before. And I myself have not experienced being treated badly. However, I don't know if I want to support a salesperson like that in the future. I am quite surprised by my daughter's report that I choose to call the store myself. I then get hold of the same seller and ask to speak to the person in charge. And he asks what it is about. where I say that it is a private matter. He jokes again and I say it's the Boss I need to talk to. HE HANGS UP!!!! I call again and say I'm a salesperson, and I immediately get the boss on the phone. He is of course in a tight spot because his employee "K" has lied and said my daughter wanted to buy shoes online. But the fact is that she has not said she would buy them online. All in all, I think, like my daughter, that it is very poor customer service if you don't try on a shoe to see if it is something you want to buy. I also don't know if I want to buy a shoe until I've tried it on..... So Pelle, I hope you'll look through the monitoring and see that we're not lying to you. I understand your situation. But my daughter has no reason to come home and cry about shoes, but she cried because of the treatment she received from Kasper. Do you have a basic customer service in Intersport??? all people deserve equal treatment, whether young or adult. It should also be said that there was only 1 customer besides my daughter and her friend. And she was on her way out of the store. So no service, even though there were 2 employees and my daughter and her friend in the store. I understand that my daughter is offended that she cannot get help. What was it for??? And Røret is thrown on, after a flabby behavior on the phone. I apologize for my sour 1 star. But it is 100% deserved. I hope it will be tightened up. It wasn't right.

I received super competent guidance when I had to buy some shoes today. Now suddenly know a lot, both about the shoes I wore and the ones I bought with me - as well as other possible choices. Really good, pleasant and knowledgeable service!

Good service when you have an adult with you. Me and my friend (aged 14) were there to look at clothes. Then an angry man comes from the shop and says: if you don't want to buy anything, leave. It's too damn bad 👎👎👎 But good music and cool clothes
