Not happy, standing at 7.30am with 3 movers and truck and won't come in, call their support number and they have no idea it's not working, they find the surveillance cameras are not working either - power cut! Lucky there was no burglary attempt that night. We had to wait 1.5 hours before the gate was opened, and they don't want to pay the more than SEK 2,000 we had to pay the moving company while waiting.
