We have bought a farm through HUSMadsen and there has been nothing but trouble since we took it over on 1 June. I had clearly expected a higher service and commitment and that they did not try to eat us off with compensation for what they call trifle limits, which in reality are about errors and omissions for over DKK 40,000. Since the takeover was for six months, there has been plenty of time to correct the errors and deliver the farm in a tidy condition. Cannot recommend HUSMadsen as a real estate agent

WE have bought a farm in Skibby/Ferslev Where Hus Madsen Skibby was responsible for the deal, there will be a notice about them, and to start with I would say NEVER USE them !!!! This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. There is quite a lot wrong with the house we have bought, where their comment is a trivial limit 🤔 ok, Combi guy doesn't know correctly, it's not fireproofed correctly, wires hanging out of the wall, pipes flowing with straw, BBR not correct approx. 200m2 but has now been measured, well close to 585 m2 plus an annex of 35 m2, oven that does not work correctly, the hood was the icing on the cake it has now been gone for over 14 days so you can't really cook because something is coming down the chimney. However, they wanted to compensate us with DKK 2000 😂😂😂😂 This is just a little of what there is They don't really care when it's signed and when the 6 working days have passed.
