WC They were ordered by the insurance company... They were ordered by the insurance company to rep. If there is a leak in the toilet, I ask if I want to have the toilet replaced, which is OK, but I did not expect that they would charge DKK 5,000 for a toilet which normally costs under DKK 2,000, and that they took DKK 700, for the worst toilet seat, which costs DKK 200. They haven't even finished the work In my eyes they are scammers.

I used this company to do two things: kitchen gas pipe rerouting and changing pipes in our sink. They sent two totally inexperienced young men. After 20 minutes, they broke water pipes in our kitchen, which caused flooding in my apartment and the apartment of the tenant. Instead of going down and turning off the water, the young man tried to turn off the water with a towel. Subsequently, we have been without a kitchen for three months. it cost me over 50,000 kroner to redo the kitchen plus lost money because I couldn't work during that period. Subsequently, Henrik SKOV threatens me WITH DEPOSIT when I ask for a reduction in the bill or some form of compensation, but the person threatens debt collection and fires. If you ask me - NEVER CHOOSE this plumbing company!

They can't figure out how to stick to a work schedule. If it says they start at 08.00, they start a little after 07.00 instead. It's crappy service you get from the company's customer service.
