Always sweet and friendly service. They come up with solutions I hadn't come up with myself, which are both better and cheaper than my solution. During the 15 years they have serviced us, there has been an error which was immediately corrected without any problems. And during the renovation, it wasn't Harløse VVS that didn't keep to the schedule - on the contrary. They were here immediately when, for example, the timber was finished.

Called to hear about a quote and was told that they don't do this kind of thing and then she just wanted to investigate it with one of the plumbers and called back and said they would like to do it but they didn't want to make a quote for the job. 🤔 I asked them when I still had a hold of them when they wanted to close the shelves you had made in connection with the fact that they were going to build a bathroom at the house above, was told that they would only see if the person called himself. Then 0 and Nils found out when I called them 😑

I contacted Harløse VVS this morning because of a blocked kitchen drain. Despite being busy, they (Dennis) came after a few hours and now it's all right. In addition to the drain, I have also received very good information about how similar situations can be avoided. Thank you very much for the help :-)

We have fresh experience that it is very risky to make agreements with Harløse VVS without first having a binding price agreement in writing. DKK 11,425 for a new chimney covering, 1 month to carry out the work and invoice only after the turn of the year, i.e. 3 months after the end of the work. PRACTICE Jens Peter Jensen/Mette Krabbe
