I have used Goodbye 3 times. I am very happy with the way they handle my and my relatives' thoughts and questions. They make time for a chat when there is a need for it. I can always call them and never feel like the time is "wrong".

Extremely bad service. Undertaker arrives in "everyday clothes". Undertaker has forgotten hymnals. The undertaker arrives with a transport coffin.... The undertaker then drives my late grandmother to a chapel which has not been arranged and without informing us. Strongly recommend that you do not use this company. The company has left us with a sense of uncertainty and I hope they have a very bad taste in their mouths...!!
