Unfortunately I got a very bad reception from a young girl, I came in on time and we were several people standing and I said: hello, I have an appointment at 11. Her answer was: SIT DOWN (Several times shouting she that while pointing to the chair). Even the other customers were surprised by Her behavior, I was shocked, then after 5 minutes a nice girl came and gave me the desired treatment, I told her about the incomprehensible rudeness of the young girl and she regretted her behavior. I don't think any people would find themselves in such a situation. It gives a bad image of the clinic, and it is rude and disrespectful to shout at customers. Thanks again for the sweet girl who gave me the treatment.
