Quick service. One man seemed angry, the other one was kind and understanding. Job was done in a few hours (add leather to a leather coat, and covering a rip in the fabric that I poorly repaired previously. Sadly though, the repair did not hold and the coat ripped at the seam. But the original repair looked beautiful and natural, and they did the job wonderfully.

As a Brit, one accustomed to a swift and efficient service that is delivered with a polite attitude, something that is lacking in other establishments in the Danish Capital. The tailor promised to repair my items in a week, to make it before I was leaving on vacation. I called the place a day before just to check if it was ready and the tailor reassured me that I can come to pick it up. Once I got to the place, none of my 3 items were ready and I had to wait for another week to get them. The pricing was also not as cheap as I expected after reading the reviews - same as in other tailors around Copenhagen. Additionally, one of my items was cut not the way I explained and wanted - it was too short. So after long discussions and arguments, the tailor agreed it was their mistake and fixed it. As a result, you can tell the item has attached parts... Overall, everything took too long and cost a lot of stress and money. Will not come back and do not recommend for anyone who has a bit more pricey and precious material clothing items. If it is just a small, easy fix, like trim jeans - go ahead.

I brought a sofa cushion to be repaired, which had a small rip in it. I brought it on Saturday morning and it was ready by Monday evening. And he only charged 100 kr! I am extremely satisfied, i can barely see the repaired fabric unless i am close to where the tear was. Highly recommended, super fast amd friendly service, would definitely go again.
