Last time when I came here, we found some critical issues in the Car and then officer here tole me that this should be fixed as soon as possible and I can get it checked again by FDM to see if the issues are fixed properly. Then I asked then guy how much will it cost and how long will it take check if the issues are fixed properly. The guy told me that it wont take more than 10-15 mins So we book a next time slot at 2:30 PM on 10th August. And I received reminder SMS about the test booked for today. When I arrived here at 2:25 PM. Seven minutes later one guy came at the counter and I asked him that I have a test booked at 2:30. But then he told me that you booked a wrong test. And I told him that it is not a full test but it is just to check if the issues found last time has been fixed. Then he said that takes at least an hour. He said my colleague has given wrong information last time. He was sounding a bit rude. There was no apology statement. ....I was so disappointed with this behavior. I think they should at least have a courtesy to say sorry....
