Not empathetic medical staff (most of doctors) with poor communication skills. They don’t have enough time during the visit, but how they can if there are constant delays to get on your scheduled time. lack of respect towards patient and their concerns. On the top of that lack of interest how to support patients on the way to recovery and within patients best interests.

Wow, paying 55% tax, I have to say I'm not happy with the service at this GP. Shuffled out of the office before I've finished talking, getting very short and rude responses in my e-consultations, no clear communication on what my blood test results mean, very little empathy from the doctors. Beware if you want to change your GP on borgerservice, the cost is 200 kr.

I have been to the doctor Anne, who is super nice and listens. However, I will have to give only one star to doctor Mette, as she is completely unprofessional and really shouldn't be dealing with people. I come in as a very affected and worried patient and then I just get a lot of attitude with a raised voice. I'm just told repeatedly to my face that it was normal. I only got a referral to a specialist clinic when I pushed myself. I have subsequently been to a specialist who, fortunately, was very attentive and helpful, who took a lot of blood samples to investigate his case. It's really unbelievable that we pay taxes to medical centers with doctors who really shouldn't be dealing with people, and so the buy-in doesn't take their patients' cases seriously at all. Very disappointing!!

Usually quite happy, but today I came up with my son who had to be vaccinated, we check in as usual and are told we have to take a seat and wait after an hour do I have to ask when we are coming in? We are told that it has been canceled and that their system has not sent the message. Aw Aw

I really like Mette and Helle (5 stars), they are so nice and good, and they often have nice medical students attached to the clinic as well. But I just had a really unpleasant phone conversation with the regular doctor Christian. I really can't recommend him :/ He simply made me feel so wrong, it was really uncomfortable (and it was actually just a call where I was asked by another doctor to make two referrals, which he then disagreed with). Hence only 3 stars because honestly it's not okay to get annoyed or mad at a patient like he did when all you/I do is what another doctor told me to do...

This place is steeped in poor quality. Disengaged doctors and other staff with a bad attitude and without any kind of mental surplus. They only understand themselves.

Unfortunately, the "new" nurse is not very good with children. She was quite stressed, not very smiling or informative. And was really busy sticking the needle in my son's arm, which needed to be vaccinated. And otherwise it was just out the door with us.. a bit sad
