Ralph is very quick to jump to conclusions with a small amount of information. You really have to push just to get him to listen to the whole story. Any question or desire to have a dialogue results in "you are welcome to find someone else". I went wanting to speak about a few issues after my previously doctors practice was closed after years of issues, but after the first few minutes could tell that unless I was seriously ill it was pointless. I found another doctor and am way better listened to. I've been referred to a specialist for a couple things which Ralph never would have given. Its actually scary how subjective the field of medicine is. Its even scarier to imagine that getting it wrong results in .... yeah. Avoid if theres any other option.

I had several sad experiences when making a phone call to make an appointment. In the last experience, once the secratory saw my name, she started again to show some signs of racism. I was tribbly sick, and when I asked to get tested for vitamins and HDL, she said "you don't need to get tested. The reason of the illness of you people of middle east is that you wear a scarf and you don't receive enough sun!! Go to the pharmacy and get 10 mg of Vitamin D", without even seeing me in person to see I don't wear a scarf. As I hold a PhD with several years of working experience with medical doctors, I was sure that I needed more than 10 mg, and I will be poisoned if I use more than necessary. So, I needed to get tested to know how much I need. By the way, asking for getting tested for træthedpakken is very normal and the secratory does not have any right to bann me taking that. Finally, after a very annoying discussion with her in a very polit way, I had to say I myself hold a PhD and I know I should get tested before starting any on-counter medications. She angrily said "ok ok, I don't have time to discuss it more with you. Come this day this hour to get tested". I said I will be working that time. Could you please change the time? She said "no, it is the only time we can give you, I don't have time to talk more with you, bye", and disconncted the phone!! Fortunately, I won't have to talk to her anymore due to changing my Doctor!

Have had several unpleasant experiences with Ralph who unfortunately does not have the energy to listen to his patients. An example comes here. Called me with strep throat. (large tonsils, swollen lymph, no cough, but pain in the ears. Ralph is busy, so the consultation only takes 30 seconds. He inoculates me for Influeinza and since it tests negative he thinks it must just be a virus. I do him the next day on the phone that he should check my infection rate and do a strep A test, as the pain is increasing in the tonsils and ears. He doesn't mind listening to this and that he has done enough. If I want more I can call next day. The next day I am lucky to be able to see an emergency nose-ear-throat doctor who diagnoses that I have sinusitis and should have been given antibiotics. Ralph could have discovered that in 5 minutes if he had taken his time.

Incredibly bad and unprofessional medical treatment, which is wildly unattractive. Just something like a doctor's report has taken over 3 weeks, and when it is delayed, there is an excuse like "we are in the process of vaccinating against covid", during a time when vaccines are not issued. Treatment is therefore refused, which is completely absurd. Stay far away if you want medical treatment, and especially if it must be competent.

I have been through several doctors in my life, but you rarely come across someone who can be as helpful and understanding as Ralph, in addition everyone who works at the family doctor is so helpful when you call.

I tell the man I have a hard time with doctors who don't listen, what does he do: Ignoring what I tell him I need, on a subject where I have previous experience with a similar disease.... His alternative was the equivalent of just go away…

They are great. I'm really happy for Ralph (and the others), he's great. In addition, the clinic is well run, almost always arrives on time and it is not difficult to get an appointment.

Dorte Hjermind is the best doctor I have ever had! She is distinctly pleasant and I felt very comfortable having her as my doctor. The absolute only reason I switched was because I moved quite far away. At Dorte, you are really in good hands!
