Hello. I had the owner of Amager El-service Aps Hans Erik out on Friday 28 April 2017 to make an offer. He was nice and promised to carry out the offer this coming weekend. Unfortunately, I hear nothing and call him the following week, but no response. I manage to move him 6 times in total, where one of the times he promises to have it ready by Monday 15 May. It should be mentioned that I am in the middle of a renovation project where it is urgent to get it done. Today is the 20th of May, after which I called Hans Erik with the message that he is suddenly TOO busy and therefore not up to the task (even though it is quite manageable). - Why doesn't he announce it right away?? Why just ignore instead? (disrespectful company) - Why say that you want the task, knowing that it means a lot to me to get it done. It's really pissing off the customers (the little man) and his/her 'obviously' worthless time. If you need an honest and reliable tradesman, this company cannot be recommended!! You risk wasting your time, and their attitude towards customers is not right.
