I am compelled to leave this review after an extremely negative experience with DAO's delivery service. My order, which was shipped from Hong Kong to Denmark, was supposedly "delivered" to me. However, this is an outright lie! I found no parcel at my door, and nobody even bothered to ring the doorbell or call my phone. How can a delivery service claim that an item has been delivered when it clearly hasn't? This is not just an inconvenience, it's a total disregard of their duties! I reached out to DAO's support, and they told me it's not their problem and that I should contact the sender. Unbelievable! What am I paying for? Thin air? I strongly warn all potential DAO customers – think twice before using this unreliable service. Their "delivery" is a joke, and their customer service is utter neglect. It seems they have no concern whatsoever for their customers and their property. I am confident that my issue is not unique and that many other customers have faced similar frustrations. DAO, you should be ashamed of such service!

It's a good company because they have to manage a lot of people and I understand sometimes newspapers are not delivered correctly because its hard to control so many foreign workers.

On Fridays I get my newspaper in my mailbox. On Saturdays, it is put/thrown outside a common entrance in the open air. On Saturday 27 August 2022, both newspapers were soaked. Today, Saturday 3 September, both newspapers were flown out onto the roadway between parked cars on Indertoften in Vanløse, found a few pages of one newspaper, none of the other, also found some pages of Politiken which were not mine. I urgently request that newspapers be delivered to the mailbox. Answers are requested.

We have had major problems receiving magazines from Egmont, Valbybladet and Ingeniøren. I have complained 6 times in January because we have not received our mail. The leaves are sent back to us again and again, but disappear into thin air. Obviously Bladkompagniet has not obtained the key to our rise, but then they should not be approved as a distributor either. It can't be right that we have to complain many times before Bladkompagniet finds out how to get a key to the staircase, which is their own responsibility, while our mail disappears. Egmont has tried to send magazines through Postnord which has worked. The problem lies with Bladkompagniet. Egmont has unfortunately acknowledged that, despite our many complaints, they are unable to solve the problem with Bladkompagniet, and were therefore forced to cancel our subscription, as Bladkompagniet cannot solve the task (Valby is obviously a difficult-to-reach part of the country for The magazine company...)
