When I pointed out to them that some of their flowers were rotten on the stem, they replied "but those are the cheap ones too". Personally, I don't want to buy from someone who intentionally sells bad products.

The bouquets are not what they used to be :( There must have been a new owner because the quality has dropped drastically and the price has increased
