Worst customer service on earth On 28/10 I was down to rent a mountain bike, which was to be used for an event at the local cycling club next week at 9.30. I agree that it can be picked up this day at 9, where it will be ready, and I explicitly ask for the opening hours and am told that it is 8 o'clock, as it says on the sign. When I go to pick up the bike as agreed, I stand in front of a locked door with a sign on which it says that the opening time is now 10 o'clock!! One is that you make agreements that you don't want to keep, but they have my phone number, which was provided when I rented the bike, so they could have at least called so that I could have made other arrangements. It was then my day ruined and appointments I couldn't keep due to totally incompetent customer service at Bikedreams.
