Really bad experience. The staff at the checkout have zero idea what a queuing system is. Whoever screams the loudest apparently gets the next turn. I, who was not even in a hurry, was suitably annoyed when two people were allowed to go ahead of the queue by the staff so that I would then be asked to queue with another member of the staff to pick up a package. Something that is not shown on any sign or similar. Had to take a number slip for the prescription. I didn't have a prescription to pick up. Not clear how parcel pick-up is to be done. Will choose another store next time.

Rude staff called Hawaja and not service minded. Couldn't answer my questions about how a medicine causes side effects. Then she got very angry when I asked if I could get help from someone else instead. She starts screaming so I just walked away because I had a small child who was scared in my arms. Do not recommend this pharmacy if they have pedestrians the same person who works.

tyxkef about the pharmacy at the knot nice helpful o good prices.. have some things j need that cost a little more but the same thing o m|ke can differ about: 40 kf of some things absolutely not all.. Am very satisfied.. Have a good evening everyone 🥰💛

Good staff and super good that they sell sugar-free sweets. Not many other grocery stores have it.
