I usually never review anything unless it's something I really don't want others to experience. In connection with our son's baptism, we had hired Anjas Pølser. All communication before the baptism was super good and top professional. We had agreed with Anja that she should start at 14:45. During our welcome speech, we mention that the children must of course start by going out to the hot dog van. A short time later I am brought down, as Anja refuses to serve sausages to the children until I have been there. (We had booked for 69 people, alibi for 1.5h) I am met by a grumpy lady who also wants to have made all payment before she starts. There was clearly not much trust in us!!! 6 days before, we were made aware that we SHOULD pay in cash - of course I pay for 69 people in cash, even though we had received several cancellations. During the service, someone would like to pick up for the other parent, for the disabled etc. -Anja would only hand out 1 sausage per person and this would almost have to be a discussion with several of our guests. At first her argument was that she had to count the number of people and then she claimed that it would be slower if she had to make two sausages for one person. We should have had that information in connection with renting Anja's sausages! Apart from the fact that she ran out of sausages in wrappers, the food was fine, but the overall experience is unfortunately not something I would recommend to others.
