Per received us and was rude and uninterested in providing a proper service. He drove our roof box into the garage door both on the way in and out of the garage. We had a compression test carried out in relation to sale of an older car. Our buyer calls and asks what the test result was, and it was fine, but Per also said he heard some rustling and other things even though he hadn't looked at the car and had only driven it 10 meters in and out of the garage. Our car is a camper and what rattles is a bed frame. Choose another mechanic. Or choose Per if you want to be treated by a besserwisser with indifference to his customers.

I called in to get an eye test on 11/5 2018 at 12.03 ... I called and was told that I was the first in the queue exactly 55 minutes and 39 seconds ago and still haven't got through. :( ... I think it's making fun of people. Now it's been 1 hour since I called, (still waiting) Wouldn't it be an idea to say that between 12 and 1 pm, lunch is held, if so that's the reason why you don't pick up the phone. In any case, I felt really good and thoroughly tired of hearing "thank you for your patience....for the 100th time. Sincerely, Lenea

Today someone drove off my wing mirror at around 10:00. At 11:00 I handed the car over to Midtgaard Auto, who immediately looked at the damage and ordered a new mirror home. At At 15:30 I picked up my car with a new mirror, and I made the payment via MobilePay. Really good, efficient - and also friendly - service. We have used Midtgaard Auto for several years since my mother recommended it and will never get her car done anywhere else. I understand why.

Sweet and nice, and fine work, but not so good at keeping appointments (supposed to call when the car was finished, before 1pm, and it was only when I called later that I was told it was finished a long time ago). Would have got 5 if they had done as we agreed.
