I had moved to Farum only since a few weeks and I had an accident, I had to quickly decide where to bring my car to get repaired. I chose this place based barely on the reviews online as it was almost time to close for everyone. I do not regret it. The guys are almost all pretty young, but they really know what they’re doing, they are extremely courteous and professional. It took me a while to get my car back, but the damages were several and when I got it, it was really well repaired. I visited or called Morris many many times and he was always polite, kind and able to give me a realistic idea or update (And in English, as my Danish isn’t yet fluent, surely not for car conversations). I definitely recommend this place. So do not hesitate to pick them.

They have no control over their autobutler calendar. When I read "you can get an appointment on Wednesday at the earliest", I don't think it means that I can get an appointment between Monday and Wednesday the following week.

Great experience at Farum Autocenter. I can't imagine better service after we accidentally hit a deer on the highway. Only thanks to Morris and co. the workshop found time to help us briefly during closing time - and fortunately for that - 70% of the deer had ended up behind the grill - and a 30 degree warm weekend was ahead. Good orientation along the way, as the summer holidays and the world situation challenged spare parts. Your car will be in totally safe hands here. Thank you for your help and excellent service! Our car broke down at the local gas station where Morris (the owner) took the time to help. Extremely helpful and accommodating. And this is reflected throughout the experience when our car came (quickly) for repair at Morris. Super committed and high level of service. The warmest recommendation from here.
