WORST SERVICE EVER !!! A free service after one month was included in the price when I bought a new bike but, after one month, it was not possible to have it. 90kr if I still wanted it... Also the rudest customer experience I ever had. Unbelievable. I deeply regret I picked that shop for my bike. Never again!

I came with an electric bike to be fixed, it had some small troubles on the battery, mainly the contact, but this guys destroyed the whole contact, they also forced the holder of the regulation of volts, to the point is was totally gone from the inside, I came because it says at the entrance: they repair electric bikes, but no!!!! Please don't take your electric bike there, they charge me 300 kr, and the whole damage to be repaired it will cost me to buy the pieces again 900 kr. They barely understand English, or at least that is what they play.... I am not sure, the communication is difficult, the service is the worst service ever!!!! Be away of these guys, poor service, not knowledge at all, they are liars and again don't take your electric bike there!!! Is a scam!!!!

Racist place, I wanted to sell my bike and staff acted like it was stolen. Horrible facility, dirty, smelly. Education and good manners are not found here.
