Very friendly staff. We got two good looking bikes and went to Hillerød by train (free on S-train A). On our way back to Copenhagen, we went along the coast. It was a beautiful trip! Very recommendable. Just make sure that everything with your bike is perfect before leaving the store ;)

This is a fantastic bike shop! My key broke off in my bike lock a few meters away and they were very quick to get their tools and come help me get my bike. I also ended up getting my bike serviced, they did such a great job, my bike feels better than new!! Very nice people here and extremely helpful, thank you!! In addition, I noticed they do bike rentals, I definitely plan to come here to rent bikes when I have friends visit in the future!

Best bike repair shop I have ever been to. I brought up an old beat up bike I bought directly from the previous owner. Mikael gave me an extremely reasonable quote for the price to fix it up into good working order and I happily agreed to the services he prescribed. When he heard I picked up this cheap beat up bike because I would only be in Copenhagen for a month he instead gave me a quote for less than half of the already affordable cost for a much more basic servicing that he assured me would be more than enough to keep my bike working well for my short stay. I have never heard of a salesman trying to save the customer money after they already agreed to a higher price, and I feel it demonstrates Mikael's commitment to provide quality and affordable service. My bike was ready for me later the same day and it's riding great. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Very good Shop. They have very good bikes and take their time to explain everything. I could test several bikes. It was explained to me, why some bikes cost more and some cost less. Mikael is a very friendly and funny guy!
