I bought an electric cargo bike. The bike is perfect and well put together. The service was excellent both before and after the sale. They really stand behind their work. When I had a minor problem with an accessory I purchased they immediately replaced it and were super helpful. I highly recommend them!

Not trust worthy and terrible service! Reserved a bike here and went to pick it up. The shop assistant offered no help with fitting a child seat and helping us understand if it was even possible. After asking she then said she would let us know in three days but never called back, and now I see in their response they have lied - they never called back and had many days to fit a seat. When we called back they had sold the bike. Would have expected much better support for a bike costing 15500kr. Overall, they didn’t seem like knowledgeable, responsible people who were honestly engaging with customers and they certainly weren’t interested in the safety of children.

Bought a bike chain here. Checked another shop and the price was better here. The procedure to replace the bike chain was slightly more complicated than I anticipated so they guided me through it and sold me a tool I needed for a cheap price. Very nice and helpful with good prices!

Very helpful and arranging people. The bikes were exactly what we needed to wander all around the city without depending on local transports. Perfect !
